How can I pay for my order?

Where do you ship from?

All of our products are shipped from Czechia, Europe.

 

Why must my Shipping & Billing address match?

Shipping and billing address must match to protect our customers. We wanna prevent credit/debit card fraud. 

 

Do you ship worldwide, how much does that cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping price is based on the weight of the items.

 

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are delivered in 5-10 business days or sooner. Please note that this doesn't include weekends and holidays. 

 

Can I change my shipping address after I received my tracking number?

No, you can't change your shipping address once it's shipped. If you need help with changing address before it's shipped please email us at support@hellmax.com or send an iMessage +420608892089.

 

Why is there a QR code printed on the clothing?

Well, scan it and you will see... :)

 

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We don't offer returns or refunds. You also can't cancel your order once it's placed. All items are made-to-order. We only offer exchanges under certain conditions, read our Refund Policy for more info.

Will I be charged tax or customs on orders?

EU orders: You won't be charged.

International orders: You might be charged. Customers are fully responsible for import taxes. HELLMAXX is ready to assist you with anything you might need.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you have problems with tracking - email us at support@hellmaxx.com or send an iMessage to +420608892089 and we will assist you.

 

When are items released and what's the stock?

Items aren't released regularly because we want to keep our designs creative and unique.. sometimes that takes time. Regarding future drops, we will always inform you on our Instagram, Facebook or other socials, follow us there. The stock is very limited, you can find more info under the description of each product.

 

Do you restock your inventory?

No, as that would be against our believes. We will hardly ever do re-stocks and if so it would only be very small amounts and under very special circumstances.
